About the Role Our Client is seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, branding, and lead generation channels. This role is ideal for a marketing all‑rounder who enjoys both strategy and execution, and can confidently manage campaigns from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies Manage social media platforms and content calendars Create marketing content, newsletters, and promotional material Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns Drive SEO and website performance improvements Create and edit short‑form video content Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and CRM systems Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights Support brand development, events, and employer branding initiatives Requirements 3+ years' marketing experience Strong social media and content marketing skills Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO Basic graphic design skills Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms Strong copywriting and communication skills Video editing experience advantageous Property or professional services experience advantageous Creative and commercially minded Strong attention to detail Data‑driven and results‑focused Self‑starter who can work independently Passionate about lead generation and brand growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
