This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about process optimisation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of instrumentation, automation, and electrical systems across the plant.---**WHAT YOU WILL DO**Maintain and repair instrumentation, process control equipment, and automation systems Conduct fault finding on PLC, SCADA, electrical, and instrumentation systems Optimise control systems across production lines and plant processes Assist production teams with electrical and instrumentation-related technical issues Attend to planned and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment Ensure process control software is backed up and updated according to company standards Manage critical electrical and instrumentation spares within the plant Assist with panel building and electrical fault finding up to 525v Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant performance and output Assist with resolving product quality issues on process lines Supervise subordinates and ensure maintenance work is completed to acceptable standards---**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**Matric (Grade 12) Qualified Instrumentation Trade Test with at least a T2 or N5 qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Instrumentation Technician or in a similar technical role Strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA programming Experience within a manufacturing or production environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills---If you are a hands-on technical professional looking to grow within a well-established manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you Apply Now!## Apply for this position#J-18808-Ljbffr
