The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials, including arranging shipments and tracking their progress. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate any potential shortages or delays. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs paperwork. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and requirements. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and suppliers to optimize costs. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
