Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the successful candidate will lead the management of donor data, ensuring high levels of data integrity and providing the analytics necessary for informed fundraising decisions. This is a 3 year fixed term contract with possible renewal.The candidate will be required to work full-time from the office, with standard working hours of 10:00 to 19:00 (SAST) to ensure sufficient overlap with the US time zone for effective collaboration and communication.This role is central to the effectiveness of the Development team, balancing technical database administration with donor stewardship and engagement activities.
