A leading international organisation is seeking a professional and customer-focused German-speaking Consultant to join its growing team in Cape Town. This is a permanent, office-based opportunity suited to candidates who are native or first-language German speakers with strong communication skills and previous experience in customer support, claims handling, insurance administration, travel assistance, or a related service-driven environment. The successful candidate will provide professional support to customers while managing queries, case-related administration, and claims-related communication in a fast-paced, international environment.
