Financial Advisor Commercial Insurance (Sales) Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals Assess client needs and offer suitable commercial insurance and financial solutions Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product options Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service and periodic reviews Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulations related to commercial insurance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate client records and reporting on CRM systems Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction Conduct policy reviews and risk assessments for new and existing clients Qualifications and Experience Matric / Grade 12 (essential) FAIS-compliant qualification (RE5, NQF Level 4 or higher) (essential) 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Sales Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the financial advisory process #J-18808-Ljbffr
