Key Responsibilities: Investigate process inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations to management Support conceptual and detailed process design activities Assist with CAPEX planning, project documentation, and cost estimation Work closely with engineering teams to implement plant modifications Support commissioning and handover of projects to production teams Compile technical reports and update process documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements: BSc Chemical Engineering Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in process analysis, optimisation, or plant improvement projects Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
