We are seeking a highly driven and technically minded Sales Representative / Technical Sales Specialist with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. This role focuses on delivering tailored production solutions to clients in the woodworking, furniture, footwear, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate understands production processes and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency through machinery and material solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing sectors Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Technical Sales & Solutions Assess client production processes and identify inefficiencies Recommend suitable machinery, materials, and production solutions Provide technical guidance on industrial applications and materials Client Engagement Conduct regular on-site visits to factories and production facilities Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline Market Awareness Monitor industry trends and competitor activity Identify new market opportunities Provide feedback on customer needs and product demand Internal Collaboration Work closely with technical and operations teams Ensure accurate product recommendations and smooth order fulfilment Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in industrial or technical sales Strong understanding of manufacturing environments Knowledge of wood/timber products or machinery (advantageous) Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals Valid driver’s licence Own reliable vehicle (essential) Willingness to travel extensively #J-18808-Ljbffr
