A respected manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and motivated Costing Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who excels in a production-driven environment and enjoys supporting operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full costing function within a manufacturing environment. Reviewing and maintaining bills of material (BOMs). Preparing budgets, forecasts and variance reporting. Tracking production-related costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborating with operational stakeholders and senior management. Producing meaningful financial reports and performance insights to support decision-making. Requirements: CIMA qualified or currently pursuing CIMA studies. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong exposure to costing and stock/inventory management. Experience working with BOMs, budgeting and manufacturing finance processes. Ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving operational setting. Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
