They translate high‑level epics into detailed user stories, ensure clear acceptance criteria, and maintain continuous communication throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Identify and manage stakeholders using a stakeholder matrix. Decompose epics into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Prioritise and refine the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. Perform requirement analysis and modelling (user story mapping, process flows, wireframes). Validate and verify requirements, participate in testing and coordinate feedback. Facilitate communication across all parties throughout the development lifecycle. Run and contribute to agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews, demos). Promote continuous improvement through team agreements, DoR/DoD, and retrospectives. Requirements Business analysis certification. 3–6 years of experience in business applications with IT exposure. Knowledge of end‑to‑end IT solution design. Agile certification (SAFe or Scrum highly advantageous). Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Draw.IO, MS Visio, Excel, PowerBI, SQL (intermediate) and Python (basic). Strong behavioural competencies: agility, planning, problem‑solving, communication, teamwork, facilitation, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
