Client Partner/ Business Relationship Manager : Key Skills / Experience Required: The candidate needs relevant experience in engaging with senior leadership or decision-makers within the insurance sector, which is a critical requirement for this position. The presence of exposure to key technology domains such as software development, ERP, cloud migration, cyber security, digital transformation, and consulting is required for roles demanding a broader IT services perspective. Needs to demonstrate the ability to deliver value-based sales pitches and build relationships with executives in the BFSI and insurance domains. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain customers Experience in directly delivering large IT transformation programs to customers Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management. Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development. Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional IT services/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of $5 Mn.
