Work as part of a shift rota covering contracted client hours (Monday to Friday). Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive problem‑solving approach and attention to detail. Experience in IT Service Desk environments. Knowledge of networking (routers, switches, firewalls) and basic configuration. Hands‑on experience with Office 365, Microsoft Desktop, and Windows Server environments (2008‑2016), ideally in VMware ESXi or HyperV. Minimum qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4) – essential; IT‑related tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems) – preferred.
