Ensure compliance to the recruitment and selection process Management of employee attendance, absenteeism, and habitual sick leave on site Drive Induction and Onboarding initiatives with line management to maximise retention of prospective candidates Ensure legislative compliance on site in line with HQ Compliance department Training and development management Oversee workforce planning and staffing and ensure proper Compliance with talent management and succession planning strategies on site HR data management and ensure HRIS are managed continuously Drive Performance Management on site and ensure compliance to SOP Complete HR service delivery to line management on a generalist mining HR function Responsible to coordinate HR communication on site and ensure optimal Employee Engagement. Union engagement on site level Client relations regarding HR requirements and initiatives on site Manage Chronic IOD cases alongside HQ and site-specific clinic. Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate B.
