Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules on all production and facility equipment to minimise downtime and extend machinery lifespan. Fault Finding & Repair: Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced environment. Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement modifications to existing machinery and processes to optimise efficiency and reliability. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Relevant recognised trade test certificate Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-trade experience working in a food manufacturing maintenance role. Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. Abilities & Competencies: Exceptional mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
