Key Performance Areas Safely move, stack, load, and off-load empty and full pallets. Complete administrative duties relating to MHE machine maintenance. Provide a high level of customer service. Sort pallets efficiently and accurately. Perform stand-in duties and assist with stock takes when required. Adhere to Health, Safety, Risk, and Quality standards at all times. Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with all SOPs and operational procedures. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 qualification. Valid MHE driver’s licence (Reach Truck). 1–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or dry goods environment. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to handle the physical demands of the role. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong teamwork skills. Ability to take ownership and responsibility for work areas.
