As a Financial Accountant you will support the delivery of accounting for all transactions, reconciliations and reporting for the Support Silo and related entities, helping management and shareholders make timely decisions that keep us ahead of the game. What you'll be doing Financial reporting: Monthly management reports – check data posting, reconcile gaming data, match open items, investigate anomalies, run depreciation and FX, post invoices, accruals and intercompany billing, resolve queries. Analytical reporting – split data by product/region/platform/brand/game, prepare income statement and balance sheet with commentary. Corporate Governance: Audits – prepare internal and external audit files, liaise to complete files, resolve external auditor queries in a timely manner. Tax management and compliance – prepare gaming tax and VAT calculations per region, compile annual returns and regulatory reports, reconcile VAT and tax vendors, submit calculations for review. Funds and Assets Management: Cash flow – run vendor open items reports, request payments, check cash availability, prepare weekly payments, ensure timely supplier and intergroup payments. Robust and critical systems and controls: Policies and procedures – assist in drafting process notes to ensure business continuity. Financial staffing: KPI management – work as a team, communicate with manager and teammates, manage expectations, bi‑annual objective setting. Areas of responsibility: All gaming accounting processes and reporting for the Betway brand up to Variable Operating Contribution. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations. B.Com finance degree or related qualification.
