We’re looking for a digital-focused, consumer-obsessed Consumer Brand Manager to strengthen the visibility and impact of our brands across all consumer touchpoints. Role Overview The Consumer Brand Manager will drive consumer-facing brand equity through creative, insight-led, and compliant marketing. You will manage digital platforms, lead consumer campaigns, and ensure our brands resonate throughout the consumer journey. What You’ll Do: Lead integrated consumer campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Manage digital platforms, content calendars, and social media channels. Oversee performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic). Use analytics and research to optimise content and campaigns. Coordinate consumer engagement, in-store activations, and retail partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and creative partners Ensure full compliance with regulations. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. 3–5 years in consumer brand management. Strong digital marketing, analytics, consumer insights, and stakeholder management skills Creative, data-driven, and highly consumer-centric. Why Austell?
