Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit for both qualifications and company culture. Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines. Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies. Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors. Knowledge of the ABA field and familiarity with positions such as BCBAs and RBTs. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.
