Role Overview Job Duck is seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Intake Specialist to support a busy estate planning and probate practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls and inquiries with clarity, confidence, and empathy. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring potential clients receive a seamless and professional experience from the first interaction. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by converting inquiries into scheduled consultations. Your daily work will directly impact the firm’s growth by turning interest into meaningful client relationships. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Communicating with clients and leads via email and phone Scheduling consultations accurately and efficiently Managing and updating client and lead information in the CRM Supporting lead conversion efforts through professional and timely responses Following up on inquiries to maintain engagement Vetting and qualifying callers based on firm criteria Answering inbound phone calls from prospective clients What We’re Looking For: This role supports a solo estate planning and probate law practice Full time position aligned with Arizona Time (MST/PDT) Phone focused role with light to moderate daily call volume Sales mindset is strongly valued due to lead conversion expectations Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
