REQUIREMENT:- RSA ID and legal residence essential- Relevant technical qualification (Electrical / Mechanical / Building)- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a lodge or hospitality environment- Strong knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building upkeep- Ability to manage preventative maintenance schedules- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills- Experience managing a maintenance team- Good organisational and stock control skills- Ability to work independently and under pressure- Valid drivers license essentialKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee all maintenance operations across the lodge- Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans- Ensure all lodge facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition- Supervise and manage the maintenance team- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, rooms, and public areas- Manage stock, tools, and maintenance supplies- Coordinate repairs, services, and external contractors- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies- Maintain records of maintenance work and schedulesPACKAGE:- R35 000 Negotiable (DOE)- Live-in accommodation providedLOCATION: Pilanesberg, North West
