Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales performance across multiple SADC countries. Develop and manage relationships with country-level distributors and partners. Drive both sell-in and sell-through performance across the region. Set and execute country-specific sales strategies in alignment with regional goals. Manage pricing structures, margins, and commercial agreements per country. Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales forecasts. Identify new market opportunities and expand regional footprint. Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure stock alignment across borders. Conduct regular regional travel to support distributor and partner engagement.
