What You’ll Do Content Creation & Execution Produce and publish high-quality content across social platforms (including video, static posts, carousels, and stories) Film and edit short‑form video content tailored for each platform Translate campaign ideas into engaging, on‑brand creative assets Ensure all output aligns with brand tone, identity, and messaging Campaign & Content Delivery Execute content plans and ensure timely delivery of campaigns Prepare content for publishing, including captions, tagging, and formatting Manage and organise content assets efficiently across projects Assist with quick turnarounds, edits, and updates when required Trends & Innovation Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and new content formats Bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table regularly Adapt trends in a way that feels authentic to the brand Experiment with new tools and creative approaches Community & Engagement Support engagement on social platforms when needed Respond to comments or flag important feedback and sentiment Help build a strong and active online community Performance & Optimisation Monitor how content performs across platforms Use insights to improve future content and strategy Contribute to reporting with key learnings and recommendations Collaboration & Support Work closely with internal teams to produce meaningful content Assist on content shoots, events, and behind‑the‑scenes capture Collaborate with external creatives where needed What We’re Looking For 2–4 years’ experience in social media content creation (agency or in‑house) Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video and platform‑native content Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere (or similar) Solid understanding of how major platforms work and what performs Strong creative instinct and attention to detail Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality Excellent written communication skills Creative and visually driven Proactive and ideas‑focused Organised and deadline‑driven Adaptable in a fast‑moving environment Confident working independently and in a team This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to: hands‑on with content creation campaigns end‑to‑end Have a real impact on how a brand shows up online Grow within a dynamic marketing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
