A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking a Transfer Secretary with solid experience in mortgage-related conveyancing to join their dynamic team. Minimum requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Transfer Secretary within a conveyancing environment Proven experience handling mortgage-related transfers (including bond registrations and liaising with financial institutions) Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and transfer processes Ability to manage files from inception to registration independently Experience drafting and preparing transfer documentation and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Familiarity with FICA compliance and related regulatory processes Proficient in relevant conveyancing systems (e.g. Lexis Nexis, GhostPractice or similar) and MS Office Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, banks, and third parties Ability to work both independently and within a team Consultant: Joss Suffield - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website #J-18808-Ljbffr
