REQUIRED Customer service orientation (developing customer relationships) SKILLS: Good negotiation techniques Persuasiveness and sales ability Excellent communication REQUIRED Maintain a high energy/productivity level ATTITUDE: Exhibit an air of confidence and create good impression of behalf of ITT Be a self-starter and use own initiative to achieve results KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Securing new long-term clients at agreed prices. Servicing existing ITT customers, ensuring continuity of excellent service and dealing with any service enquiry proactively. Providing feedback from customers on their service requirements. Provide quotes timeously. Increasing ITT’s turnover. Dealing effectively with any issue relative to ITT customers.
