Overview The Graphic Designer III is responsible for the creation of specialised digital content in line with the brand vision and design strategy. The role shapes the visual identity and elevates the creative output of the brand. Responsibilities Conceptualizing and designing dynamic 360 marketing campaigns. Content asset generation for distribution across multiple platforms. Innovative contemporary content creation and ideation. Project management and organization of toolkits and file sharing of collateral. Fluent liaison with internal and external vendors, suppliers and printers. Update and facilitate post-production, print-ready, proofing and QC. Translating, generating and executing briefs according to international brand standards and internal brand requirements. Ensuring all work aligns to core brand positioning and guidelines. Ensuring Art Department production deadlines are met. Provide guidance and leadership to junior designers and interns. Take on responsibilities and show initiative in the absence of the Line Manager. Qualifications & Experience 3 to 5+ years previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer. At least 2–3 years in leading projects and initiatives. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent based on experience. In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom). 3D knowledge and technically skilled advantageous. On- and off-set photography, post-production, retouching knowledge essential. On- and off-set videography and video editing knowledge essential. Animation and motion graphics advantageous. Experience in medium to large photography productions essential. A love and knowledge for the brand culture of streetwear and urban lifestyle essential. Skills Able to work in a high-performance environment and adapt to pressure with enthusiasm, logic and drive. Organised, deadline-driven and with exceptional time management skills. Flexible and able to multi-task with attention to detail. Understanding of production, ideation, workflow and design thinking. Knowledge of DTP and substrate production. Understanding of digital principles and content creation for social platforms. Up-to-date with industry trends in Omni Digital Marketing and AI. Efficient use of Apple macOS and Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills. Ability to translate briefs, creative direction, feedback and design. High level of creativity and ability to be innovative and elevate work. Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and networking.
