Industry: Financial Services (Life Insurance) Location: Johannesburg, Sandton Job Type: Permanent, on-site Key Responsibilities Consult with internal stakeholders and clients to assess training needs and translate these into effective learning solutions Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes for employees, partners, and clients Convert conceptual ideas into structured training materials, including presentations and digital learning modules Oversee the planning and rollout of training initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery Ensure all training content meets quality standards, is engaging, and aligned with brand and business objectives Maintain and update training materials to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness Stay current with learning methodologies, technologies, and industry trends Act as the primary point of contact for training-related queries Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training strategies and learner engagement Mentor and support junior training consultants in instructional design best practices Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics Align training initiatives with broader organisational goals Qualifications and Experience 4–7 years’ experience in corporate training, instructional design, or training consultancy Proven experience managing training projects and/or teams Exposure to e-learning platforms, LMS, or blended learning approaches is advantageous Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Working knowledge of design tools/packages is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
