Implement and maintain OHS systems, policies, andprocedures in line with legal requirements. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incidentinvestigations. Manage facilities operations including maintenance,security, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and environmentalregulations. Coordinate emergency preparedness and sustainabilityinitiatives. Oversee contractor management and service providers. Maintain safety documentation and prepare regularreports. Matric Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, EnvironmentalManagement, or related field SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certification(advantageous). 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Health, Safety, andFacilities Management role Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Building Regulations, andEnvironmental legislation Experience managing contractors and service providers Experience managing HSE at multiple office sites(advantageous). Skills required: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – skilled in datacompilation and reporting Knowledge of OHS Act, Environmental ManagementRegulations, and incident investigation techniques Project coordination and facilities management Waste management and hazardous materials handling Data analysis and trend identification.
