We are partnering with a rapidly growing telecoms and wireless infrastructure business looking to appoint a Infrastructure Manager to lead national infrastructure operations across multiple regions. This is a senior technical leadership role combining RF engineering, infrastructure operations, field team leadership, network optimisation, and large-scale deployment oversight. The role reports into the Head of Operations with regular exposure to executive leadership. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading national infrastructure and field operations teams Overseeing wireless, fibre, microwave, and tower infrastructure Driving RF optimisation, network performance, and uptime Managing infrastructure deployments, maintenance, and quality assurance Supporting network scalability and operational improvement initiatives Collaborating closely with NOC, Projects, Procurement, and executive stakeholders Building operational maturity, processes, and technical standards nationally Technical Environment RF planning, optimisation, and wireless infrastructure MikroTik & Ubiquiti environments Fibre, GPON, FTTH, and microwave networks IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP & DNS Tower infrastructure, rigging, and off-grid power systems What We’re Looking For 8+ years within telecoms, wireless ISP, or network infrastructure environments Strong technical understanding of RF and telecommunications infrastructure Proven leadership experience managing technical and field-based teams Hands-on, solutions-driven leadership style Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments This is an excellent opportunity to join a business in growth mode where you can have a genuine impact on infrastructure strategy, operational scalability, and network performance nationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
