Key Responsibilities Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across assigned accounts Develop and execute account plans aligned to business growth objectives Drive growth across strategic accounts through both account expansion and new business development opportunities Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements Implement pricing and commercial strategies to support revenue and margin targets Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive movements Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer delivery and service excellence Maintain a structured pipeline and support forecasting and budgeting processes Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field 6–8 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales roles Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver commercial growth Experience within food manufacturing & FMCG Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and influencing ability Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure commercial environments Results-driven with strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus Strong relationship-building capability and customer-centric mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
