Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 35 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch procedures Computer literacy in MS Office and warehouse management systems Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff effectively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership abilities Key Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities Ensure accurate receiving, dispatching and storage of stock Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment Coordinate deliveries, collections and dispatch schedules Monitor staff performance and productivity Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock investigations Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
