About the Role We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment industry with a UK-based client. This is an office‑based role in Centurion and offers a clear development pathway into a 270 recruiter position. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision‑makers Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full‑desk responsibilities Provide weekly activity and performance updates Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines Deliver a high‑quality candidate and client experience Requirements 180 recruitment experience or proven sales / BD experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills High energy, resilience and a genuine interest in recruitment Ability to work UK business hours Driven, target‑focused, and eager to learn and progress Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment Live within commuting distance of Centurion (office‑based role) Benefits Growth & Development You will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing support to grow into a 270 recruiter role.
