Adhere to site rules, safety procedures, and company policies. Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and safely. Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Follow instructions from supervisor, foremen, and site managers. Maintain good housekeeping standard on site. Minimum Requirements: Relevant scaffolding experience (entry level to highly experienced). Knowledge of scaffolding site safety and PPE requirements. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Willingness to work on a fixed-term contracts or project-based assignments. Valid South African ID.
