Responsibilities: Manage retail operations across the designated area. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability. Conduct regular store visits and audits. Provide training and support to store managers. Qualifications: Matric with a relevant B Degree/National Diploma. 5+ years in a similar position.
