Role Summary Manages warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy. Key Responsibilities Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams. Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy. Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery. Manage support staff and the customer collection area. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency. Essential Requirements 5+ years in logistics or operations management. Strong organisational and staff supervision skills. Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls. Beneficial Requirements Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience. Forklift or stock movement exposure. Work Environment & Compensation Location: Regional Office. Travel Requirements: Minimal. Working Hours: Standard with operational coverage.
