The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Overall Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met. Develop tailored solutions to match customer requirements. Focusing on Sales & Business Development. Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals. Lead negotiations for contracts at both national and regional levels. Drive new product launches and secure product listings with key retail partners, ensuring successful placement and stand/wall presence. Order administration such as; writing up orders and processing of orders. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Visit existing and potential customers regularly within the western cape area. Client Retention & growth Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
