Core Responsibilities Commodity Diagnostics & Classification: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments on all inbound agricultural batches, classifying materials precisely against complex proprietary and industry matrices. Quality Assurance Enforcement: Enforce uncompromising quality benchmarks, guaranteeing that all delivered raw commodities strictly meet non-negotiable baseline standards before acceptance. Terminal Asset Management: Supervise the secure, systematic allocation and long-term stockpiling of approved materials within large-scale bulk storage facilities. Infrastructure Servicing: Coordinate and monitor vital preventative maintenance schedules for bulk storage infrastructure to maximise operational uptime and efficiency. Requirements & Qualifications Academic Foundation: A valid Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or a formally recognised NQF Level 4 equivalent. Industry Accreditation: Mandatory possession of a recognised and fully comprehensive \"Full Spectrum\" grading certification. Operational Pedigree: A minimum of 36 months of active, hands-on operational experience within a bulk agricultural storage or terminal environment. Administrative Proficiency: At least 12 months of demonstrated competence in handling back-office systems, compliance documentation, and general system administration. Key Competencies Advanced logistical oversight and operations coordination expertise. High resilience with a proven capacity to maintain optimal performance within high-pressure processing environments. Exceptional task sequencing and prioritisation capabilities.
