Works Manager / Site Manager Location: UAE Middle East Dubai Contract Duration: One-Year Contract Industry: Construction / Industrial / InfrastructureJob Purpose The Scaffolding Works Manager is responsible for managing scaffolding operations, resources, workforce performance, project execution, and safety compliance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Key Accountabilities Project Execution Oversee scaffolding projects from planning through completion. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. Resource Management Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently. Coordinate resource allocation with project stakeholders. Team Leadership Lead and motivate scaffolding personnel and supervisors. Conduct performance evaluations and training initiatives. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company QHSE standards and UAE regulations. Promote continuous improvement in safety performance and reporting. People & Talent Management Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Duties & Responsibilities Manage scaffolding operations across multiple projects. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and equipment allocation. Ensure safety inspections and quality audits are conducted regularly. Monitor budgets, productivity, and operational performance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. Prepare operational, safety, and project progress reports. Resolve project execution challenges and operational issues. Ensure adherence to scaffolding industry standards and company procedures. Minimum RequirementsEducation Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Project management or construction certifications advantageous. Experience Minimum 810 years experience in construction or scaffolding project management. Proven experience managing scaffolding teams and large-scale projects. Strong background in safety management and operational leadership.
