Reference: 11066 CMConsultant: Christa Mostert Job Description: Oversee full day-to-day operations of a residential estate, including infrastructure, services, and resident experience Act as the main liaison between the Board, residents, contractors, and external stakeholders Implement board decisions, manage meetings, and ensure accurate reporting and communication Manage budgets, expenditure, financial reporting, and compliance with financial policies Oversee administration, record-keeping, and HOA communications Supervise maintenance, landscaping, security, and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance Manage staff performance, resources, and operational priorities Ensure legal, safety, and regulatory compliance (including data protection) Handle resident queries, complaints, and service requests professionally Monitor risks, performance metrics, and operational improvements Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in estate, property, or facilities management Proven experience managing teams and multiple contractors Strong financial management and budgeting experience Knowledge of governance structures or property/estate regulations advantageous Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities (Afrikaans & English) Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Relevant qualification advantageous Valid driver’s licence How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.
