Identify and analyse clients' needs in terms of their will and estate. Identify shortfalls in clients’ deceased estates and offer suitable options from our unique Legacy Protection Plan™. Do an LPP™ Explorer calculation for each client you meet. Advise clients on the recommended LPP™ for their needs. Amend wills according to client requests and in line with the standards set out in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Administration, including feedback and follow-up with clients. Responsibility for your diary and honouring all bookings. Should you need to move a booking, you will only be allowed to do this with your Team Leader’s consent. You are required to attend all official meetings, as and when scheduled.
