Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into actuarial models and meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making Lead and mentor a team of Actuarial Analysts, supporting their development and technical growth Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across pricing and performance analytics Develop, implement, and maintain actuarial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance Support pricing optimisation initiatives, including sensitivity and profitability analysis Identify opportunities to improve actuarial processes, models, and efficiencies Prepare and present clear reporting and analytics to senior stakeholders Ensure actuarial work aligns with regulatory requirements and professional standards Requirements BSc / Honours Degree in Actuarial Science Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary (ASSA) 4+ years’ experience within short-term / general insurance 1+ years experience in managing a team Strong technical modelling and analytical skills Experience working with actuarial or statistical modelling tools Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders Why consider this opportunity?
