This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You'll lead projects end-to-end, manage cross-discipline teams, and be the trusted point of contact for senior UK stakeholders. What you'll do Lead complex digital transformation projects from scoping through to delivery — on time, on budget, on brief Own the client relationship: manage expectations, resolve issues, and keep senior stakeholders confident Drive change control, risk management, and financial reconciliation across concurrent projects Coordinate UX, UI, engineering, and third-party vendors into a single, focused delivery Translate client briefs into clear scope and estimates in collaboration with discipline leads What we need 5+ years managing large-scale digital transformation projects Proven UK agency or UK client experience — this is non-negotiable Budget ownership experience — including projects exceeding £500K Strong grasp of digital: UX, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), security, and cloud hosting Excellent communicator — confident with both technical teams and C-suite clients What you'll get Competitive contractor rate Genuine autonomy and flexibility Cutting-edge projects with international clients A collaborative, remote-first team that actually works #J-18808-Ljbffr
