Job Requirements A tertiary qualification in Commerce or Management studies, Information Systems or LLB degree. 4+ years’ experience as a business-facing project manager in a legal services, financial services or professional services sector. Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment. A flexible and agile approach. Customer-oriented and a passion for value-based delivery. Self-starter and results-driven. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen interest in process efficiency, supported by the use of technology. The maturity and professionalism to be directly customer-facing with international law firms, corporate and investment banking clients. Job Responsibilities End-to-end project management of legal projects: from project set-up, through execution to successful completion. Working as part of Cognia's Delivery team to understand our client’s challenges and requirements and help define practical and innovative solutions. Core responsibilities include: budget control, scheduling and planning, managing team productivity and quality, proactively managing risks, issues and changes, project reporting, team briefing and training (material creation and execution), stakeholder management, lessons learned and close-out activities.
