Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with:Identifying tasks and processes suitable for automation Setting up and maintaining basic AI and automation workflows Supporting data capturing, reporting, and process tracking activities Creating templates, forms, spreadsheets, and simple workflow systems Assisting staff with the use of AI tools and process improvements Streamlining administrative, operational, stock, sales, and reporting functions Testing automation solutions and reporting any issues or inefficiencies Documenting processes, procedures, and implemented improvements Minimum Requirements Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, systems, or business processes Strong computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets and online platforms Good problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn new software and emerging technologies Good communication and interpersonal skills Advantageous Skills & Experience Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms Previous experience in administration, operations, IT, or systems-related roles Key Attributes Proactive and solution-driven mindset Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability in a fast-changing, technology-driven environment
