You will act as a trusted advisor, moving beyond mere data entry to help clients navigate financial complexities and achieve sustainable growth through robust reporting and tax compliance. Key Responsibilities Full-Function Financial Management : Execute day-to-day financial operations for a varied client base, ensuring meticulous bookkeeping and record maintenance. Reporting & Analysis : Utilise Draftworx and cloud-based systems to prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and budget analyses that drive informed business decisions. Tax & Statutory Compliance : Manage the end-to-end tax function, including SARS e-filing, VAT, PAYE, and ensuring all client activities align with South African tax legislation. Client Advisory : Provide professional insights into cash flow management and financial projections to support the unique objectives of small and medium-sized enterprises. Operational Excellence : Maintain secure filing systems and ensure all documentation meets stringent governance and audit requirements.
