Company and Job Description: The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecyclefrom drafting and negotiation through to execution and close-out. You will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are compliant, risks are effectively managed, and commercial objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks Manage contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Support procurement and tendering processes Ensure alignment with project budgets, timelines, and deliverables Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Bachelors degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in contract management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC) Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and risk management principles Experience in claims and dispute resolution is advantageous If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
