We’re a New York–based security and communications company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our work depends on clear communication, tight coordination, and accurate systems—and we’re looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to keep everything moving. This role sits at the center of daily operations. You’ll connect clients, technicians, and vendors, track jobs and tickets, and make sure schedules, records, and systems stay accurate. If you’ve worked in a blue-collar or field-service environmen t—construction, roofing, HVAC, security, or similar—you’ll feel right at home. What You’ll Do Be the First Point of Contact Answer and manage inbound phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally. Ensure clients and partners always know what’s happening next. Keep Technicians on Track Monitor technician schedules, job status, and daily activity. Follow up to confirm work is progressing and completed as planned. Own the Ticketing Process Open, track, and close service tickets in the CRM/ticketing system. Make sure every job is fully documented before it’s closed. Coordinate with Vendors Liaise with vendors and external partners to schedule services and resolve issues quickly. Keep Systems Clean & Accurate Maintain up-to-date records, spreadsheets, and operational documentation. Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and updated on time. Assist with preparing client proposals and service documents. Provide general administrative and secretarial support to operations and management. What You Bring Experience in field-service or blue-collar industries (construction, roofing, HVAC, security, or similar). Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience using CRM and ticketing systems (Service Fusion, Zoho, Simpro, or similar). Ability to juggle multiple technicians, tasks, and priorities without losing accuracy. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. A self-directed, accountable mindset—you take ownership and follow through.
