Mechanical/ Agricultural Engineering; Prior experience in GCC factories; Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp. 3+ years’ experience in maintenance/maintenance system management, preferably in food/produce/canning/bottling factories. Knowledge and experience of maintenance planning, workshop management, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, cooling, and heating systems; advanced troubleshooting; root‑cause analysis; project scoping; schedule setting; critical path analysis. Proven people‑management skills; food processing and food safety knowledge is an advantage. Demonstrates integrity, initiative, energy, drive, a positive, level‑headed mindset, and ability to work in a structured way under pressure. Natural leader, strategic and structured thinker, results‑driven, proactive toward system reliability, financial acumen, budget‑control discipline, excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Valid driver’s licence and own transport. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive engineering and maintenance services to all factory operations. Lead a team of artisans to deliver sound technical advice to management on engineering maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement practices.
