This permanent role involves supervising warehouse staff and overseeing various processes including picking, scanning, and pallet management. Location: Bloemfontein, Free State Salary: R20 000 - R30 000 per month Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Mondays to Fridays Position Type: Permanent Dress Code: Smart Casual Requirements 5 years experience in a warehouse facility essential 1 year of supervisory experience Knowledge of the feed industry is advantageous Valid RSA driver license and own transport Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Basic proficiency in MS Outlook and SharePoint Knowledge of Kairos and C-Works Knowledge of Pastel Understanding of Storage and Inventory Management Knowledge of ISO 22000 regulations Qualifications National Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF 4 Valid Forklift License Responsibilities Supervise staff involved in picking and scanning Manage the loading and stacking of pallets Follow transfer processes as per SOP Achieve warehouse targets and customer satisfaction Maintain a hazardous-free and clean work area Ensure staff comply with OHS activities and procedures Prevent and detect potential contaminants Maintain cleaning and pest management programmes Manage traceability processes for product recalls Improve the Food Safety Management System suitability
