Duties: Manage the end-to-end warehouse relocation project lifecycleCoordinate the search, evaluation, and selection of suitable premisesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate warehouse design, layout planning, and fit-out activitiesManage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providersOversee health & safety, compliance, and risk management requirementsCoordinate IT, infrastructure, racking, security, and operational readinessDevelop and execute detailed relocation and migration plansEnsure minimal downtime and operational disruption during the moveProvide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders Requirements: Relevant qualification in Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fieldMinimum 5 years project management experienceProven experience managing warehouse relocations, facilities projects or large operational projectsStrong understanding of warehouse and distribution operationsExperience managing contractors and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong financial and budget management capabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools Key Competencies: Strong leadership and coordination abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detailStrong negotiation and decision-making skillsSolutions-driven and proactive approach Advantageous: Experience within logistics, warehousing or distribution environmentsProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)Experience with warehouse fit outs and operational transitions
