The Manager Safety & Quality is responsible to the General Manager MRO for the following; Recognising safety as a core value in all decision making in his area of responsibility Fostering a positive safety culture within his area of responsibility and by personal example, demonstrating a commitment to the company safety policy Pursuing corporate safety and quality objectives in day-to-day activities Supporting the management team in their application of the safety management plan Qualifications/Experience Relevant qualification Excellent experience in Air Transport Operations and Aircraft safety background Extensive experience in safety and technical positions, including compliance matters is essential. At least 10 years working experience in a similar role with MRO regulations, and civil aviation rules
